I am done healing.
Being on a "healing journey" indicates that one is sick. I am in fact healed because I am in a state of acceptance. Radical self acceptance. I accept my life for what and how it is. I accept my past, my present and I am not attached to the outcome of my future.
Holding on to "healing" keeps you in a constant head space of there being something wrong with you. If you believe something is wrong with you, you hold on to the victim hood mind state of "healing" instead of having that of patience, discipline, gratitude and stillness, so that health is proclaimed and expected instead of hoped for (lack of belief).
You see yourself as a victim that needs to be healed but you are in fact, healed. Accept yourself for where you're at right now. Presently do healthy things and therefor you are healed because the body and the mind is in a constant state of self repair, as long as we are allowing it to be. Yes, you'll always be healing when you are harming and victimizing yourself. When you are putting your health in the future instead of seeing it as something you have a choice to create for yourself now. Health is a state of mind. Sickness is a state of mind. You have either "fixed" that state of mind on health or healing (implying and claiming that you are sick).
I am healed. I am not on a healing journey, I am healthy.
I live, think, act and BE healthy. I expect good health because I live a healthy life.
Self harm keeps you in a constant state of repair and healing due to the perpetuation of obstructive thoughts, foods, beverages, relationships, substances, etc.. that you barrage your body and mind with...
You can simply accept and allow your body, mind, and spirit to BE without the obstructions and therefore you are healed because the body is ALWAYS in a regenerative state. Consider the ratios at which you don't allow your body to heal by never fasting, always forcing your body in a digestive state which automatically forces it to stop regenerating so that the energy the body has can be used to break down, process, utilize or eliminate food like substances or drugs. It's like turning the starter on in your car (eating - consumption of any kind - digesting) and accumulating hundreds of miles without ever feeding your car high grade fuel, then when you park your car (fasting - repairing - regenerating) it isn't in use so there is no wear and tear, it is preserving. But, then you start it again and drive miles to then fuel up again on low grade fuel, drive hundreds of miles, etc...rinse wash and repeat). Starting the car is analogous to kicking on your digestive system because constantly eating, while only eating low grade processed food that have no business in our body to begin with accumulates miles and decreases the value and longevity of the vehicle. When your body is digesting, it isn't fasted, so it isn't regenerating, it isn't being allowed to heal. Which is why you're always "healing" vs "healthy".
Victims see themselves as powerless so they don't do what is necessary to take back control of the situation and thus further perpetuate sickness because they don't believe they are healthy or can be..so they're constantly "healing" (which is really self sabotage and being in a constant state of retrograde). The victimization of self. You are the villain in your story or the hero.
People who are healthy and have self control are constantly doing what is best to maintain vitality in the present moment. They are the hero. People who are healing are the villain.
Are you healing or are you healthy?
