Creamy Pine Nut Dressing with Arbonne Chile Pepper

Ingredients:

- 1/2 heaping cup (75g) raw pine nuts (cashews can be substituted)

- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons (105g) water

- 2 tablespoons (30g) fresh lemon juice

- 2-3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes (Sari brand recommended)

- 2 large garlic cloves

- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

ree

- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

- 1/2 teaspoon Arbonne Chile Pepper (substitute with 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or omit for less spice)

Instructions:

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the raw pine nuts (or cashews), water, fresh lemon juice, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic cloves, dried parsley, ground black pepper, sea salt, and Arbonne Chile Pepper (or substitute).

2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If using cashews and you have a weaker blender, consider soaking them overnight, draining, and rinsing them before blending to avoid grittiness.

3. Transfer the creamy dressing to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to thicken slightly.

4. Serve chilled over your favorite greens for a delicious raw vegan Caesar salad. Feel free to add additional toppings like pine nuts, extra black pepper, or nutritional yeast flakes to your liking.

Enjoy your personalized raw vegan Caesar salad with a creamy pine nut dressing featuring a touch of Arbonne Chile Pepper!
